Joy Collective
Soulful Monthly Events for Midlife Women Ready to Reconnect—with Joy with Friendship and with Themselves.
You’ve spent years holding it all together.
Now it’s your turn.
You’ve launched the kids, crushed your to-do lists, and been everything to everyone.
But somewhere along the way, you started wondering...
“What happened to me?”
“When did everything start to feel so... flat?”
“What does fun even mean to me now?”
You’re not alone—and you’re not broken. You’re just overdue for a space that’s yours.
Reclaim your spark, one gathering at a time
In-person monthly events for women who want more meaning, more fun, and more real connection.
Leave pressure and perfection at the door, and let’s PLAY.
Think:
Carefully curated gatherings
Playful prompts and experiences
Thoughtful, facilitated conversations
Women who actually get it
Snacks, of course
Each event is unique—different themes, locations, and formats—so it never feels stale.
But the result is always the same: you leave feeling more like yourself.

Wholehearted: Heart Awareness for Women
Wholehearted: Heart Awareness for Women
1 in 3 women will die from cardiovascular disease — yet many still don’t recognize it as their greatest health risk.
Join us this February, in honor of American Heart Month, for an in-person evening centered on women’s heart health through midlife and beyond.
Wholehearted: Heart Awareness for Women
An evening of education, reflection, and connection
In alignment with American Heart Month and the American Heart Association’s Women of Impact campaign, Wholehearted brings women together for an informed and welcoming conversation about cardiovascular health.
This gathering is for women who seek clear, trustworthy information on caring for their hearts—especially during perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. Heart disease remains the leading cause of death for women and is often underrecognized and undertreated. Our intention is to create a space where education feels accessible, questions feel welcome, and learning happens in community.
What to Expect
❤️ A physician-led heart health conversation and Q&A with Dr. Alisha Ghajar, ND, MSCP, focused on hormones, menopause, lifestyle, and cardiovascular risk
❤️ Practical insight into what’s normal, what deserves attention, and how to advocate for yourself in medical settings
❤️ The Heart of You — celebratory portraits with Photographer Ravina Sodhi
❤️ A reflective Valentine to your future self, mailed back to you next year
👗 Red, pink, or a heart-inspired touch is welcome if it feels fun — completely optional.
15% of each ticket will be donated to the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women initiative, supporting research and awareness focused on women’s cardiovascular health.
This event is a collaboration between Joy Collective and Uplift, two communities focused on connecting and uplifting women on the Eastside of Seattle.

Field Trip: Dance at Early Birds Club
Joy Collective Field Trip: Earlybirds Dance Party
How often do you dream of singing your heart out on a dance floor at 7:30pm in sensible shoes, with grown-ass women, not a club full of kids your kid’s age!
Join the Joy Collective for a field trip to Earlybirds Club — a wildly fun, inclusive dance party created for women only who love to dance and love being home at a reasonable hour.
Earlybirds starts at 6pm and wraps by 10pm (because… life). The DJ spins the very best hits from the 80s through the 2000s — pop, hip-hop, new wave, R&B — the songs you know every word to and can’t help but belt out when they come on.
This promises to be a feel-good, supportive space where kindness rules, all bodies are welcome, and there’s plenty of room on the dance floor to move however you want.
✨ How this works
This is a Joy Collective Field Trip, which means:
You’ll purchase your own ticket directly from Earlybirds (they sell out FAST, so don’t wait)
We’ll coordinate carpools
We’ll plan a casual dinner beforehand
We’ll head in together, dance, laugh, and soak up the good vibes as a group
No pressure to dance nonstop — come and go, move and mingle, be yourself
Whether you dance like no one’s watching or prefer to sway, smile, and sing along from the sidelines, you belong here.
Wise & Witchy
You're not the kind of witch who melts under pressure.
You're the kind who’s rising, glowing, and maybe stirring the cauldron with one hand while replying to the family group chat with the other.
Join us for Wise & Witchy — a Halloween gathering for women craving something more playful, more powerful, and way more you.
✨ What’s brewing:
🖤 Pumpkin decorating (yes, glitter optional)
🖤 Tarot-inspired convo prompts that spark real talk + laughter
🖤 Build-your-own caramel apple bar (treat yourself, literally)
🖤 Witchy vibes, soulful women, and a cozy space to just be
Dress up? Totally optional.
Black lipstick? Encouraged.
This is a judgment-free zone for the wise, weird, and wildly fun.
I’m thrilled to partner with Negar Partovi, founder of Uplift, to co-host this even. Together, we’re building intentional spaces where Eastside women can gather, connect, and rise—without pressure or pretense.
The event will be minutes from main street, Bellevue. The address will be shared after registration.
Investment: $20.00
Hi, I’m Anne
I’m an ICF-certified coach with over 10 years of experience helping midlife women navigate reinvention, identity shifts, and courageous next steps.
But this work isn’t just professional—it’s personal.
I’m a mom of four, an almost-empty nester, and I created The Joy Collective because I need it too. This summer, I completed the Hoffman Process—and one afternoon, they guided us through hours of unfiltered play. I danced, ate cake, played games, and let go of every inhibition. When I saw a photo taken that day, I was stunned: I looked joyful. Radiant. Alive.
In that moment, I realized: this is what’s missing for so many of us—and I want to help change that with Joy Collective.
This isn’t about pretending we have it all figured out.
It’s about making space to remember who we are—through joy, friendship and fun.
You’re not alone if…
You’re navigating midlife transitions—empty nesting, career shifts, or just a "WTF now?" season
You’re tired surface-level small talk and crave going deeper
You’re done doing things out of obligation and want joy for joy’s sake
You want to laugh more, try new things, and feel energized again
You crave community—but the right kind, you want to hang with other women interested in creating bold and bright third acts
Highlight reel of past Events.
Joy Collective is guaranteed to make you feel
🌟 Lighter. Seen. Inspired.
🌟 Reconnected to what brings you joy.
🌟 Reminded that fun doesn’t have to be complicated—and you’re allowed to want more.
